The Coaching Fundamentals for Managers workshop is a one-day program designed to help you develop the basic skills in order to become an effective manager-coach.
Regardless of whether you need to coach one person or one hundred (in your role as a manager, supervisor or team leader), the Coaching Fundamentals for Managers workshop will help you understand the basics of building a strong, supportive and effective coaching relationship with your staff. This workshop provides a safe and unique learning experience with lots of positive support to help you build on the coaching skills you need to become successful in your manager-coach role. The hands-on nature of this program allows you to build your coaching confidence quickly through practical experience.
In this workshop, you will gain a clear understanding of what is required to support an individual to recognize his/her gaps and to create positive action plans to help them overcome them. In the end, your staff will be better able to overcome the performance or behavioural obstacles that may exist in their world.
The Coaching Fundamentals for Managers also provides you with the framework to evaluate and refine your own strengths as a coach. Throughout this program, you will be encouraged to develop your own unique coaching style while focusing on the core skills needed to help others reach their goals.
This workshop has a maximum seating limit of 16 participants.

Cancellations made 21 or more days prior to the scheduled workshop date are subject to a $100 per person per day (plus tax) administration fee. For cancellations made between 3 and 20 days prior, participant and event substitutions are allowed (subject to availability).
