Founded in 1991, a privately held Canadian company, Bay3000 works in three complementary practice areas: Training and Consulting, Advisory Services, and Consulting with Project Management. The founding of Bay3000 was driven by our belief in the importance of an integrated and focused approach to learning and competency development. Bay3000 had its start as a consulting organization with core competencies in project management, business intelligence, and program management. While we started as a consulting organization, from the very start we believed in the importance of knowledge transfer to our clients to enable them to become self-sufficient and thus incorporated learning and training services as our core competencies. In 2003, we created the Bay3000 Corporate Education Division. We operate as Bay3000 Consulting as, not only do we teach, we do much more, consulting, coaching, assessments, train the trainer, etc.
Our training and consulting programs are exceptional and focus on outcomes and ROI by providing you with practical approaches to measuring and monitoring results. We are passionate about what we do and demonstrate our passion in every aspect of our work.
Specifically, in the area of Project Management, Bay3000 is one of the few Charter Global Registered Education Providers (REP) with the Project Management Institute. The special ‘Charter ‘designation means that we were one of the founding members of the Registered Education Provider program and that we adhere to PMI‘s most rigorous standards for quality. As an EEP (Endorsed Education Provider) with IIBA we also offer training for Business Analysts starting from the fundamentals straight through to certification (CCBA, CBAP, etc.).
Our specialists are educators and active practitioners who bring industry experience in the field of project management, business analysis, lean, six sigma, soft skills and leadership development. We continue to deliver practical and timely information to our clients through hands on, interactive, and memorable workshops. Our instructors hold credentials such as PMP, PMI-RMP, PMI-SP, PMI-ACP, PgMP, CBAP, ITIL, LSS BB and MBBs. This means they bring real life stories and examples to your environment and puts theory into practice to enhance your knowledge.

We are a local company, with offices in Aurora, ON however we travel where there is a need as our clients’ branch offices and facilities may be globally located. In order to service our Asia Pacific customers, Bay3000 opened its first overseas office in the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia in 2010.
