I had a very bad experience with the instructor - he centered me out throughout the entire class - asked me continuously if I on pace or knew how to do the work. If I asked him a question he seemed anger made me feel little, stupid, he was very condescending. At one point he helped me and he said things like "this is a desktop" "do you know that?" others laughed. I almost left the course halfway through. I'm a much older person and First Nations and I'm shocked he treated me the way he did. It's like I was less of a person, discriminating, and etc.

I would have preferred using the manual given to follow, so I could add my notes to each area as we worked through the course. Unfortunately all my notes are in the beginning of the book as we, only looked it once, when a student asked what page we were on.

I had a lot of knowledge on the course I took but I still learned a few new things which is really nice to come out of a course learning something. Thanks for the informative day. Doreen

The training provider (instructor) rushed through each training element and was not always patient when students didn't follow his fast demonstration. Smart person, but didn't validate that the students actually understood the process. Just interested that we could duplicate his clicks. Sorry, but I am also an instructor and was disappointed.

There were issues with being able to do a number of tasks , and the instructor told us many times that SharePoint 2013 was an inferior product.

I really enjoy the value added by a real hands-on instructor. Nothing beats a working knowledge of the product compared to a text book presentation. The commitment to ensuring the student's needs are met is a top priority and this instructor demonstrated that every day. The pace is excellent and the content extensive, I would and have recommended this course to several other people.

This course was good. I think it could benefit from having the sutdents create a mini catptivate module with all the components of a presentation that they can take with them and use as a template or their own use.

Julie is an excellent instructor and I loved the class. She is very knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. Although the class was hard to find, sitting in the grass for my break in the beautiful courtyard was amazing. I will be back for more classes.

The course was very under the level I needed. I knew how to do everything except for the very first thing they covered in the training so I felt like it was a waste of my time and employers money. The description seemed more advanced than the material was.

Loved it! this was my second. Julie is very knowledgable and helpful. 1St class was downtown. U of A on the other hand...don't think I will take a course there again. over an hr to get there map wasn't very good and took a half and hr and 3 people to direct me to the parking lot where my husband was waiting.

For the amount of useful instruction we received, the course could have been two hours long. While the course did cover everything needed, the rest of the time was taken up with filler (tips on items loosely related to the course, but not needed in order to use the software). The room was freezing and I had to wear my coat for the entire day. There was no parking close-by so I had to take the bus.
