Too much information in one day - instructor had to race through material, skipping some of it entirely. Start delayed by 20 minutes due to course material not having been properly loaded on computers. These issues continued throughout class, ie some of my important menu tabs were in french, others in english. I had requested an English class. Another student had Excel 2007 instead of Excel 2010, when the rest of us and the instructor were working with 2010. I would have liked to continue to 4:00, but the instructor made it clear that her preference was to leave at 3:30, so no one said anything. The windows had to be opened because the room was too warm, but the people next to the windows were wearing their coats because they were too cold.

The course was completely ruined because their was a complete novice in the class and they slowed down the class and we didn't learn everything that was said on the course description. There should be a questionnaire or a quick entrance test for the intermediate course to prevent this. OR the instructor should move on and tell the novice that if the cant follow to leave and join a different class, it seems unfair that 3/5 people didn't learn because of this.

I took the Intermediate Excel trg on 17 Jul at Compuease and it was excellent. Alain did a great job presenting the material. However, the Advance Lvl 3 crse held on 25 Jul was terrible. The instructor was not prepared, had only slept 1 hour the night before, spent most of the time simply reviewing the various botton options on the main toolbar, and reviewing the text in the handout. We were not able to complete one exercise using an actual excel spreadsheet with info. The instructor keep jumping around from topics and often the students (there was only 2 of us) didn't know what he wanted us to. After 2 hours I gave trying to learn anything from this particular instructor. Very disappointing, especially after such a very well run crse on 17 Jul. Although I would take trg from Compuease again, I would make sure it was Alain conducting the trg.

Didn't help me at all. Too fast, too many things for one day of training. Any time for practicing. It looks more like presentation which I didn't expect. I wanted to learn something and not just to be impresses by somebody's knowledge and I didn't learned anything. Only thing that I learned is to think twice before to give your many. Sorry for saying that, but I don't recommend it to anyone.

The class was reduced to one-day because of a lack of participants. However, I think it would have been better to reschedule to class rather than condense into one day. I left the course feeling I could learn much more than what was discussed. Thank you.
