This Boot Camp will prepare qualified Microsoft professionals to earn the Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional (MCITP): Enterprise Desktop Administrator 7 certification. In this intensive test-preparation program where the goal is certification, you will receive targeted lectures based on the Microsoft domains of knowledge for the certification exams. This Boot Camp includes all the exams needed for certification, along with one free retake voucher for each exam if needed. A fast-paced, rapid review session prior to each exam covers key material, providing comprehensive exam preparation.
You Will Take These Exams:
- 70-680: TS: Windows 7, Configuring
- 70-686: PRO: Windows 7, Desktop Administrator
Students who take the MCITP: Windows 7 Enterprise Desktop Administrator Boot Camp from Global Knowledge will be issued a free retake exam voucher, if needed. Should any student fail the initial exam, he or she will be eligible to receive a second exam voucher.

- Cancellation Policy
We require 16 calendar days notice to reschedule or cancel any registration. Failure to provide the required notification will result in 100% charge of the course. If a student does not attend a scheduled course without prior notification it will result in full forfeiture of the funds and no reschedule will be allowed. Within the required notification period, only student substitutions will be permitted.
Reschedules are permitted at anytime with 16 or more calendar days notice. Enrollments must be rescheduled within six months of the cancel date or funds on account will be forfeited.
