This course provides guidelines in the selection and application of generator and excitation system, best performance, protection, system integration and utility interface.
- Course Outline
The selection of a turbo-generator for an industrial plant shall be based on producing power to reduce energy cost and maintaining plant operations during disturbances on utility companys transmission lines.
To provide participants with the technical background guidelines in the selection and application of generator and excitation system in industrial plants.

There will be a one hour lunch break at noon on each day as well as a refreshment and networking break during each morning and afternoon session.
