Pre-Requisites

To benefit the most from this course, it's suggested that you have:
Five years or more of work in software development, testing, business analysis, and product or project management.
Some experience with Scrum.

Module 3: Understanding SAFe Principles

  • Base milestones on an objective evaluation of working systems 
  • Visualize and limit WIP, reduce batch sizes, and manage queue lengths

Module 4: Experience PI Planning

In this module, you will learn how to:  

  • Create and review draft PI plans

Module 7: Empowering a Lean Portfolio

In this module, you will learn how to: 

  • Fund value streams

Module 8: Building Large Solutions

In this module, you will learn how to: 

  • Coordinate and integrate multiple ARTs and Suppliers 
  • Define large solutions 

Cancellation Policy

We require 16 calendar days notice to reschedule or cancel any registration. Failure to provide the required notification will result in 100% charge of the course. If a student does not attend a scheduled course without prior notification it will result in full forfeiture of the funds and no reschedule will be allowed. Within the required notification period, only student substitutions will be permitted. Reschedules are permitted at anytime with 16 or more calendar days notice. Enrollments must be rescheduled within six months of the cancel date or funds on account will be forfeited.
