Course Outline

This Leadership for Managers workshop is designed to develop your individual, organizational and team leadership-management competencies in order to become a more effective leader-manager in today's dynamic team-based environments. It is ideally suited for individuals who are currently in leadership and management roles or for those who have a strong desire to be in senior or higher level leadership and management roles.

Since improving team performance and individual engagement has become a fundamental building block of organizational structure today, this workshop will examine the skills and abilities needed to lead individuals and teams in your organization. Being an effective leader-manager in this environment requires specific competencies, tools and strategies that focus on organizational performance and team/group dynamics.
