Course Outline

Master PRojects IN Controlled Environments (PRINCE2) and achieve PRINCE2 Foundation and PRINCE2 Practitioner certifications.

Aimed at people who work on projects every day and who benefit from a working-level understanding of structured project management, the PRINCE2 Foundation portion of this combination course enables you to be an informed member of a project management team while using the PRINCE2 method within an environment supporting PRINCE2.

In the advanced-level PRINCE2 Practitioner portion of the course, you will learn to apply PRINCE2 to successfully manage a project within an environment that supports PRINCE2.

At the end of this course, you will be able to address the needs and challenges of a specific project scenario using your in-depth knowledge of PRINCE2. You will have knowledge of the relationships between the PRINCE2 principles, themes and processes, and products.

Sample exams and a thorough review of course materials during the course help you prepare for taking on and passing the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner exams.

The PRINCE2 Foundation exam will be offered on the third day of class. It consists of 75 multiple-choice questions, five of which are marked as trial and not counted in your score. To pass, you must receive a score of 50% (35 out of 70).

Ten marks are available per question for a total score of 80. In order to pass the exam, you must receive a score of 55% (44 out of 80 correct answers).
