Denny was a great instructor and made the course very interesting and easier to grasp

Our Instructor Denny Eapen was great. He was very enthusiastic and made some dry material very interesting. The few issues that I had with this session are the following. The Virtual machines that were provided by Microsoft were very slow, clunky, and only accessible by a flaky browser. The room felt sort of stuffy and everyone in the room was sneezing constantly as if there were no air filters or the ducts hadn't been cleaned. Over all this was a great training course and you could really tell that Denny knew his stuff.

The only negative about the facilities is the poor windows that let in a lot of street noise, especially sirens, that were disruptive to concentration

The instructor was very professional and pleasant. Would definitely take another course from this training provider in the future.

The Course needs to upgrade the Report Builder version to the latest. It impacts the lab sessions and corresponding course ware.

The volume in the course presentation delivery (modern classroom and hence remote delivery) can be slightly higher. Otherwise everything was good.

Great course material and having the labs available afterwards is fantastic!

I provided written feedback on the last day of training. The most notable feedback is that the facilitator, while very knowledgeable and fluent in the topic, was not very engaging. The material is dry and the facilitator read text almost word for word and with very little engaged conversation. It was difficult at times to maintain concentration. Also, I appreciated the monitors on the desks for the presentation (much nicer idea than an overhead or projector) but the facilitator was very distracting in her use of the cursor (a lot of movement such as following along with every word or circles around text and pages).
