This Leadership for Managers workshop is designed to develop your individual, organizational and team leadership-management competencies in order to become a more effective leader-manager in today's dynamic team-based environments. It is ideally suited for individuals who are currently in leadership and management roles or for those who have a strong desire to be in senior or higher level leadership and management roles.
Since improving team performance and individual engagement has become a fundamental building block of organizational structure today, this workshop will examine the skills and abilities needed to lead individuals and teams in your organization. Being an effective leader-manager in this environment requires specific competencies, tools and strategies that focus on organizational performance and team/group dynamics. In the Leadership for Managers workshop you will learn how to mobilize active participation from individuals, build team consensus and enable every member of your group to maximize his or her desire and ability to achieve business results and organizational success.
Additionally, this program will explore current leadership and management theories from both a theoretical and practical perspective in order to apply them to today's fast-paced business environment.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 21 or more days prior to the scheduled workshop date are subject to a $100 per person per day (plus tax) administration fee. For cancellations made between 3 and 20 days prior, participant and event substitutions are allowed (subject to availability).
