You will manage and customize project plans during the implementation stage of a project.
This course is designed for a person who has an understanding of project management concepts, who has the basic skills to create and modify project plans using Microsoft Project 2010, and who needs to use Microsoft Project 2010 to manage and customize those plans through the implementation stage of a project.
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- exchange project plan data with other applications.
- update a project plan.
- manage project costs.
- report project data visually.

You can obtain this level of skills and knowledge by taking the following course: - Course Microsoft Office Project 2010: Level 1 - A general understanding of project management concepts is helpful, but is not required. To obtain this general understanding, you may choose to take the following course: - Project Management experience or have taken Course Project Management Boot Camp, Project Planning for Success, or Managing Small Projects
