SAP Materials Management (MM) Module includes Purchasing, Sales & Distribution and Production Planning.

The MM section automates and integrates the entire range of tasks associated with materials management processes. Purchasing supports the buyer in the acquisition of goods and services integrating these activities with other components and modules of ECC6 such as FI SD CO PP PS etc. In this course you will learn to carry out the most important and most frequent tasks involved in Purchasing.

During this program, participants will learn how to measure and evaluate warehouse operation performance to improve warehouse efficiency and personnel productivity. Topics include customer service, warehouse operational requirements; inventory management; warehouse transactions; receiving procedures; materials handling and storage; warehouse efficiency and layout; performance measurement; routine decision-making in managing inventories; concepts of MRP; control systems; replenishment and EOQ; order fulfillment; establishing safety stock and service levels; best practices, inventory classification; purchasing; inventory management warehouse operations.

The SAP SD section, detailed knowledge of the structure features and functionality within SAP ECC6 SD including SD Master Data and the skills to work with Master Data will be learned. The course will use practical examples to illustrate functions and Master Data.

Within the Sales and Distribution section this course will help you to understand the stages involved in the ordering cycle which include receiving the initial order through to delivery and invoicing. You will also learn in detail how to create and process orders.

This SAP ECC6 4.6 SD Customer Service Representative course aims to provide the basic knowledge required to start and log on to the ECC6 System Release 4.7. The student will be given an overview of the basic sales processes and how Sales and Distribution is integrated and organized in the ECC6 System. Additionally this course describes the master data used by sales employees. Furthermore the student will be introduced to the activities involved in the role of the sales employee in the ECC6 System.

The Computer Based Training (CBT) SAP ECC6 PP: Production Planning and SOP describe the production planning process and explain how it works. The learner is introduced to the various planning levels in the ECC6 System as well as learning how to plan in the Sales and Operation Planning and Material Requirement Planning levels. Furthermore the trainer will be shown the functions of standard SOP and of flexible planning.

The course SAP ECC6 PP: Production Order Processing and Capacity Planning provide an understanding of the production order processing within SAP ECC6 MRP (Material Requirement Planning). It takes the learner through a whole production process and focuses on specific subjects of the process within each lesson. The course covers the whole range of Production Order from creation to execution as well as Capacity Planning where the trainee will learn to use various analysis reports and planning tables.

2. Registration is on a stand-by basis only. If the course date you select becomes fully booked you will be asked to choose another date, which must be within 6 months of the original course date.

3. If you need to change or cancel your free re-take course, we must receive a full 3 business days notice of the change. If insufficient notice is received, this offer no longer applies and the full course fee will be charged again, should you choose to book another date.

4. This course is not transferable to another person. It must be taken by the same person who was scheduled for the original course.

The Course was too fast. It was supposed to be Quickbooks level 1 and we were handed a manual. During the course we only covered half or even less from that manual. The Instructor promised to e-mail the students the rest of insturctions for the course within the week. I have received nothing up until today. I did not get what I was really looking for. Sorry to say that, but I feel it was not worth the time and money I spent.

I took Quick Books 1 and 2 and came away with a lot of new information. I really like the course book that was given to me. I will be referring to this book when I have a question. My instructor was knowledgeable, willing to answer my numerous questions and very personable.

the instructor was very good. The one topic that I wanted to learn the most the computer was not set up properly so we could not go thru it which was very dissappointing. It is alot of info for one day but that is the way these courses are so it was not a shock.

The course was helpful, and the reading materials were extremely helpful. However, the structure of the course (in terms of pace, etc.) were not reasonable. For example, we spent almost half of the first day's class only going through Overview of the Microsoft Access application and usage of tables, even though they were almost all known information to all the students in the class. We also spent a lot of time reading through all the examples and following step by step process, instead of the Instructor guiding the class through the steps. This was time consuming, as this was something we could do at our own time. The Instructor needs to be more prepared for the class, and make it more interactive and lead the class through the steps, rather than sit along with us and read the steps to complete the examples.

-in this particular session, there was a student whom was placed in our class instead of 2007 excel. the student was angry about this and therefore communicated that to the instructor. the instructor therefore taught our class 2003 and also taught 2007 to her. I found this distracting and felt that the rest of us lost the attention that we should have received for the teacher to teach us 2003.

We did not go thoruhg all the chapters, fell behind. Some - with good reason - was due to asking allot of question - but mostly too much talking. A few errors on the course notes.
