Now that a plan has been created, it is time to put it into action! This course builds on skills, techniques and tools presented in Part 1. Focusing on the execution and completion of a project, it explores fundamentals that must be in place for a project to operate effectively and smoothly such as communication, reporting, work authorization and change management.
