How to Develop and Deliver an Effective Training Program or Workshop Overview Being technically competent at your job doesn't guarantee that you can teach someone else to be just as competent. But after taking this hands-on, highly interactive workshop, you'll understand the basic concepts and principles of training and be better equipped to develop and deliver an effective training program.

Program Agenda:
Day One:
Participants will learn all the key elements of an effective training program; from conducting a training needs assessment and formulating content, to facilitating the training session. "Homework" will be to apply what you have learned in Day 1 and facilitate a portion of your workshop to the other participants in Day 2. Day 2 is optional.

Day Two:
(Optional) Participants will deliver a portion of their training program and receive constructive feedback on their performance from the workshop leader and the other participants. This feedback will form the basis of their personal action plan. We encourage all participants to keep in contact with their workshop leader for follow-up and for charting their progress.

Cancellation Policy
100% refund if participants cancel 2-weeks in advance of the workshop. Cancellations less than 2-weeks before receive a credit to attend another scheduled workshop of their choosing.
