After Attending This Course You Will Be Able To:

Description Greater value at a lower cost in managing municipal infrastructure projects is a difficult objective to achieve for municipal officials, consultants or contractors. Despite this common objective, each one of you has a different perspective and even this does not stay uniform with changes by project phases when different personnel from your organization get involved during these phases: planning, design, tender and award, construction and maintenance.  This course provides a forum to bring together the various aspects of municipal infrastructure projects resulting in good management of municipal projects.  You leave the course with an enhanced understanding which will help accomplish your objective of achieving a project of greater value at a lower cost.                                                                   

Objective To provide a better understanding of different aspects of municipal project management with the objective of  improving the service quality and performance. Who Should Attend

Project managers, directors of engineering, construction administrators, quality control/assurance personnel, project engineers, municipal inspectors, manager of engineering departments, construction executives, project engineers, construction supervisors, designers, development coordinators and foremen and other individuals responsible for core municipal infrastructures.

Cancellation Policy
To withdraw from a course, you must send a request, in writing, with the official receipt to our office. Fifteen or more business days in advance: full refund less $50.00 administration charge. Five to fifteen business days in advance: non-refundable credit of equal value for any future EPIC seminar within one year. Credits are transferable within your organization. In case of an unexpected event occurring after this time, you may send someone else to take your place without any additional cost.
