Business behaviour is based on three things:
- Kindness
- Efficiency
- Logic
Social skills and etiquette can help you communicate more effectively, kindly and efficiently. As a result, you can build, maintain, and grow relationships with colleagues, clients, and new contacts alike.
Whenever two people come together and their behaviour affects one another, you have etiquette. It’s simply how persons’ lives touch one another.
Having good manners doesn’t just mean you can make a positive impression on others. It is also good for business. When you can apply your awareness of etiquette in different situations, you demonstrate that you want to be taken seriously.
