This specially designed 3-hour Virtual Live Instructor-Led course has been developed to help you navigate your new work-from-home environment. Learn all the features you'll need to use it effectively, work hands on communicating via Teams with your fellow students and get your questions answered from our expert Microsoft Teams instructor in this small group class.

Microsoft Teams provides an extremely flexible cloud-based workspace, where Office 365 users can send messages, share files, and do so much more. Teams can be created for a department, a project or just about anything you like. They can be public or private, and you can join or leave as many teams as needed. Each team has access to channels where people can communicate, sharing messages and files.

Microsoft Teams also provides additional communication tools, such as chat, meetings, file sharing, audio and video calling and more.

Learning Objectives:
Gain the knowledge and hands-on practice you need to create and manage teams and channels, share files and ideas, schedule meetings, set up audio and video calls, and integrate other services and data. CompuEase works hard to schedule our training and other services around your convenience. With that in mind we have the following cancellation policy for all booked training.  Notice of cancellation must be received by CompuEase 10 working days prior to the confirmed date for a no financial penalty to be incurred.  Registrants who wish to reschedule their course may do so at least 10 working days before the commencement of their course providing the course fee is paid within 30 days following the originally scheduled date of the course.

I think I underestimated my own knowledge of the program. This is not necessarily at the fault of the course or training provider.

Too much information in one day - instructor had to race through material, skipping some of it entirely. Start delayed by 20 minutes due to course material not having been properly loaded on computers. These issues continued throughout class, ie some of my important menu tabs were in french, others in english. I had requested an English class. Another student had Excel 2007 instead of Excel 2010, when the rest of us and the instructor were working with 2010. I would have liked to continue to 4:00, but the instructor made it clear that her preference was to leave at 3:30, so no one said anything. The windows had to be opened because the room was too warm, but the people next to the windows were wearing their coats because they were too cold.
