Learn to use PRINCE2 to manage all types of projects.PRojects IN Controlled Environments (PRINCE2) provides common processes, management products, roles, and language for use throughout an organization's projects. It provides an easily tailored and scalable method for the management of all types of projects. This method is the de facto standard for Project Management and is practiced worldwide.
This course is aimed at people who work, or would like to work, on projects on a daily basis. It is designed to provide you with that information and working-level understanding of structured project management, as presented in PRINCE2.
Sample exams and a thorough review of course materials during the course help you prepare for taking and passing the PRINCE2 Foundation exam.
About the ExamThe PRINCE2 Foundation exam will be offered on the last day of class. It consists of 75 multiple-choice questions, five of which are marked as trial and not counted in your score. To pass, you must receive a score of 50% (35 out of 70).

I would never take another course that starts at 11AM and goes to 9PM again. The way the course was laid out really took away from the capturing of what was presented as it was 5-6 hours of watching a screen before getting to the actual labs. There has to be a better way to lay out this particular course. In my previous course, the lectures were broken up by labs which worked out fantastic and kept you engaged in the course. There were days when in order to actually complete the labs, would go over the 9PM day end time frame. Was able to get the primary labs done, but if you want to get all the content completed, you cannot complete it in the window of this course, you will need to come back on your own time.
