Coaching, Feedback and Managing Performance

This Coaching, Feedback and Performance program will address the essential areas necessary to coach and support staff while linking them to the overall Performance Management Process (PMP) or Performance Appraisal (PA) process.

Course Outline

Coaching, Feedback and Managing Performance is about helping your staff achieve their goals. In order for anyone to coach to improve performance, research has shown that there are several core skills required, including the ability to:

  •     Provide ongoing supportive feedback,
  •     Use exceptional communication skills,
  •     Foster relationships through strong interpersonal skills,
  •     Demonstrate the personal capacity for effective self-management.

This Coaching, Feedback and Performance program will address the essential areas necessary to coach and support staff while linking them to the overall Performance Management Process (PMP) or Performance Appraisal (PA) process.

This program also provides the essential framework for participants to use supportive feedback during coaching sessions with staff. It integrates communication strategies (questions, listening and supportive feedback) with basic coaching principles.

This program looks to support alignment between an individuals performance and the goals and needs of your organization. It empowers participants to develop their own personal feedback style while maintaining a focus on the key skills required to help staff, teams and the organization reach the desired objectives.

This workshop has a maximum seating limit of 16 participants.
