This module explores the essential concepts for leaders to successfully identify and deliver clear, effective, and vision-oriented messages. It considers the leader's personal communication style, the message, and the strategies for delivering impacting messages to individuals, teams and the organization.

The primary goal of this module is to enable leaders to effectively communicate their vision within highly complex relationships and in rapidly changing organizational environments. This module integrates Level 5 Leadership concepts and connects ideas that bring out the best in people through mutual respect, the selflessness leader, and the strong commitment to achieve results and the vision.

In addition, the Leading with Vision module provides a clear understanding of the role that emotions and Emotional Intelligence (EI) plays in crafting and communicating a vision message. This workshop introduces the fundamental ideas on how people are moved by their emotions and then engages the participants as to how they can apply those ideas to achieve maximum effectiveness when engaging the team or the entire organization.
