Facilitator Bio

Doug Carter is an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and entertaining consultant and coach. His experience as a secondary school teacher (over twenty years; TDSB), as a university instructor (Faculty of Education, University of Toronto), in theatre (as a member of Toronto's Cheap Seats Theatre Group) and as a business owner and consultant gives him a unique and innovative perspective.

Quite simply, Doug works with clients who wish to enhance their ability to develop and deliver their message. He is an energetic, adaptable and respected presentation skills consultant whose goal is for YOU to learn and become a more confident and competent presenter.

Cancellation Policy
Participant cancellation or rescheduling request must be received in writing/email 10 or more business days prior to the class start date. An administrative charge of 20% will be made for all cancellations or reschedules. No refund is available if the registration is cancelled less than 10 business days prior to the class start date or if an attendee fails to attend. Another attendee can be substituted at any time.
