Course Outline

This years Think Big Conference has amazing opportunities to learn from relevant speakers on today's hot topics, including "how to effectively take risks to grow your business" with Grace Cirocco, author of the International bestseller, Take the Step, the Bridge will be there, and "making social networking work for you" with Paul Barter, Professor of Technology & E-Commerce, Schulich School of Business.

Biography: Christine A. Bonaguide, a partner in Hodgson Russ LLP’s Corporate & Securities, International/Cross-Border, and E-Commerce Practice Groups, practices in the areas of corporate law and governance, mergers and acquisitions, international commercial transactions, and corporate finance. She provides corporate and securities law advice to a variety of public and private companies and devotes a portion of her practice to technology issues. She frequently represents clients in international transactions. Hodgson Russ attorneys advise Canadian clients on U.S. legal issues affecting cross-border business operations in the United States.
