Now that a plan has been created, it is time to put it into action! This course builds on skills, techniques and tools presented in Part 1. Focusing on the execution and completion of a project, it explores fundamentals that must be in place for a project to operate effectively and smoothly such as communication, reporting, work authorization and change management.
Topics such as ensuring the project is kept on track by monitoring and controlling the correct level information, effective procurement of resources, ensuring quality is built into the solution and proper project close-out activities are explored.
