This program teaches participants how to Speak Like a Leader and less like a technical expert, a trainer, or a sales representative.

Audiences

This program is designed for leaders (CEOs, presidents, senior level executives, business owners, self-employed entrepreneurs) and for managers who are being groomed (or who are grooming themselves) for leadership positions.

Secrets To An Interesting Presentation

To become successful, hard work and experience are important, but they can take a person only so far. To be a leader in an industry or profession, you must be ready to assume a speaking role. In survey after survey, the number-one skill for leaders is communication.

Attendees will learn:

    * The strategies and techniques to speaking like a leader
    * How to instantly focus the room with a powerful presence
    * Tips for developing audience-focused speeches and presentations that win buy-in

This program includes a lecture-only seminar in the morning. Then the participants will be asked to deliver two presentations.

Each presentation will focus on further developing: stronger verbal communication skills, structure, building persuasive arguments, closing, style, humor and timing. Participants will receive coaching in a group environment, with specific feedback on areas for improvement.

We would have liked if the course covered Outlook as well as the other Office programs. In our first 2 online classes, there were problems with the audio and the teacher would sometimes cut out, or fast forward, and she could barely hear us at all so all quesitons had to be typed in the chat.
