Bio – Susan Percy
Susan helps people to be productive, organized and creative at work through a variety of fun and
interactive training programs. These programs can help to reduce work-related frustration, save
time, create clarity of thinking and get on top of priorities.
Susan has over 6 years of training experience and is an accomplished public speaker. She is the
former president of City of London Toastmasters in the UK – a public speaking club affiliated with
the Toastmasters International organization.
Before working in the training industry, Susan worked in various roles in the telecommunications
industry in the UK and New Zealand. While managing multi-million pound products and projects,
Susan became interested in how she could learn new brain skills to stay on top of her tasks,
enjoy her job and reduce stress.
Susan is a Licensed Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner, who uses her understanding of
learning styles and training techniques to get the best results within her programmes. In addition
to being a Licensed NLP Practitioner, Susan is a qualified Buzan Instructor, licensed to train in
Mind Mapping®. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University,
Wellington, New Zealand.

Cancellation Policy
Participant cancellation or rescheduling request must be received in writing/email 10 or more business days prior to the class start date. An administrative charge of 20% will be made for all cancellations or reschedules. No refund is available if the registration is cancelled less than 10 business days prior to the class start date or if an attendee fails to attend. Another attendee can be substituted at any time.

the course was excellent, a good refreshmnet course of hwat is important in customer service. The training provider was excellent and she know how to present the material properly in order for the students to understand.
