In this one-day seminar, participants will develop a basic understanding of project management fundamentals, including the project lifecycle and the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK�), the foundation of modern project management.

Target Audience:
This survey course will be of value to anyone who can impact or be impacted by a project. It is designed for people who work on or support a project team, including Business Analysts, Business Managers, IT and Consulting professionals, and others.
Course Synopsis: With the growth and maturity of project management and project-based organizations today, there is an increasing need for a broad understanding and appreciation of the project management discipline by those whose formal role is other than that of “Project Manager”.
In this one-day seminar, participants will develop a basic understanding of project management fundamentals, including the project lifecycle and the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®), the foundation of modern project management. They will also gain an appreciation of the role of the Project Manager, Business Analyst, Project Sponsor and others who are critical to project success.

We require 16 calendar days notice to reschedule or cancel any registration. Failure to provide the required notification will result in 100% charge of the course. If a student does not attend a scheduled course without prior notification it will result in full forfeiture of the funds and no reschedule will be allowed. Within the required notification period, only student substitutions will be permitted.
Reschedules are permitted at anytime with 16 or more calendar days notice. Enrollments must be rescheduled within six months of the cancel date or funds on account will be forfeited.
