Course Outline
This course equips the student with the knowledge and skills required to troubleshoot Unified Communications Systems/Solutions in Enterprise, Mid-Market, and commercial deployments. TVOICE teaches troubleshooting methodology, triage, resources, tools, and fixes at the integrated System/Solution level and its components. Students will identify and isolate problems, recommend solutions, and implement fixes based on the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Version 8.

  • Solve the common issues of an SAF-enabled network and CCD.

Pre-Requisites

* Working knowledge of converged voice and data networks. * Working knowledge of the MGCP, SIP, and H.323 and their implementation on Cisco IOS gateways. * Working knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unified Communications features and applications, and Cisco IOS voice gateways in a single-site and multisite environment.

Cancellation Policy
Public Schedule - Instructor Led Training:
Cancellation notice of 10 (ten) business days is required to cancel a course without penalty. Cancellation of less than 10 (ten) business days prior to the start of the course or non-attendance will result in a charge of 100% of the course cost.
Group (Dedicated) Training: Cancellation notice of 15 (fifteen) days is required to cancel a private course without penalty. Cancellation of less than 15 (fifteen) days will result in a charge of 100% of the private training cost.

Substitutions of enrolled students in scheduled classes are permitted prior to the class start on the first day. ARP's choice of instructor for any course is subject to change.
