IUC is designed to instill students with the knowledge to implement, integrate, administer, and manage Cisco Unity Connection release 8.x. Cisco Unity Connection is a feature-rich voice messaging platform based on the same Linux operating system as Cisco Unified Communications Manager. Cisco Unity Connection users can access voice messages using Cisco Unified Personal Communicator to view, search, sort, and play messages on a Cisco Unified IP Phone display. Cisco Unity Connection also provides comprehensive automated -attendant functions, including intelligent call routing and easily customizable call screen and message notification options. Basic networking and voice and unified messaging skills and / or experience are necessary for successful completion of this course.

Public Schedule - Instructor Led Training:
Cancellation notice of 10 (ten) business days is required to cancel a course without penalty. Cancellation of less than 10 (ten) business days prior to the start of the course or non-attendance will result in a charge of 100% of the course cost.
Group (Dedicated) Training: Cancellation notice of 15 (fifteen) days is required to cancel a private course without penalty. Cancellation of less than 15 (fifteen) days will result in a charge of 100% of the private training cost.
