This course provides students with the best practice information on how to administer, install, configure, operate, and maintain a Cisco Unity system in either a stand-alone voice mail or unified messaging environment, as well as lessons on Cisco Unity Connection. Students need a firm understanding of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Exchange, or IBM Lotus Domino. Students also need to be able to competently program at least one telephone switching equipment. Although not officially part of the CCVP track, this course is a suggested preprequisite to TUC.
Special note The first two days of this course are made up of the AUM course.
Audience This is an intermediate course for Channel Partners / Resellers, Customers, and Employees.
This is for students pursuing CCVP or Unity specializations.
Individuals pursuing CCIE Voice Certification.
Skills taught Upon completion of this course, you will be able to administer, install, configure, operate, and maintain a Cisco Unity system in either a stand-alone voice mail or unified messaging environment.

Pre-Requisites
You should have the following qualifications: - Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Exchange, or IBM Lotus Domino. - Ability to competently program at least one telephone switching equipment (i.e., Cisco CallManager, NEC NEAX 2000 or 2400, Avaya Definity series, etc)

Cancellation notice of 10 (ten) business days is required to cancel a course without penalty. Cancellation of less than 10 (ten) business days prior to the start of the course or non-attendance will result in a charge of 100% of the course cost.
Group (Dedicated) Training: Cancellation notice of 15 (fifteen) days is required to cancel a private course without penalty. Cancellation of less than 15 (fifteen) days will result in a charge of 100% of the private training cost.
Substitutions of enrolled students in scheduled classes are permitted prior to the class start on the first day. ARP's choice of instructor for any course is subject to change.
