Lorraine Elliott is a Career Management Coach with many years experience recruiting, managing and coaching talented technical employees. She brings a unique and first-hand perspective to managing technical teams and individuals and ensuring that technical people are given support and leadership in a way that inspires them to be aligned with the values and vision of their employer, and therefore to be both productive and retained. Lori holds a B.Sc. from the University of Toronto, post-graduate teaching qualifications in Adult Education and is currently finishing a M.Sc. in Organizational Psychology at the University of London (UK). She is presently Director of Coaching with NEXCareer in Toronto as well as an organizational development and performance consultant in her own practice.

To withdraw from a course, you must send a request, in writing, with the official receipt to our office. Fifteen or more business days in advance: full refund less $50.00 administration charge. Five to fifteen business days in advance: non-refundable credit of equal value for any future EPIC seminar within one year. Credits are transferable within your organization. In case of an unexpected event occurring after this time, you may send someone else to take your place without any additional cost.
